TRAINING PLAN FOR BECOMING A CERTIFIED COACH THE BIBLE COACH (It is about the next step)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Attend all 10 one-hour training sessions.
- Demonstrate the grasp of where all the resources of CTB are located.
- Demonstrate the ability to assess where someone is in their spiritual journey by using the assessment.
- Based on the assessment have three observable sessions of coaching with a person taking the next step.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a Bible Project video session.
- Have used one of the discipleship tools with a group of individuals: The 2:7 Series, Discipleship Essentials, or similar.
- Demonstrate understanding of how to use the UNDER THE ICEBERG TOOLS.
SESSION DESCRIPTIONS

- INFANT STAGE (COMMITMENT) – Discuss what was learned and questions about the items. Share about anyone you might have given the assessment to and what you did to follow up. Look into the next stage. (CHILD)

- Complete a Quiet Time on 7 of the 17 areas of the CONVICTION stage (CHILD)

- Identify someone to start working with in this stage.
- CHILD STAGE (CONVICTIONS) – Discuss what was learned and questions about the items. Share about anyone you might have given the assessment to and what you did to follow up. Look into the next stage. (YOUNG ADULT)

- Review lesson learned in the last 10 weeks
- Map out a strategy of how you will use Coach the Bible
- Reflect on how these fit into GROWING AN INTENTIONAL DISCIPLE MAKING CULTURE
- Plan strategy and use in building a team of disciple makers who can use Coach the
- Complete Training Evaluation of training.
- FINAL REVIEW AND SHARING OF ACTION STEPS, INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (HAND OUT CERTIFICATIONS).
