How Do We Use Your Personal Information

We generally use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to Communicate with you, Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and, more generally, to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Who On Our Team Has Access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased, and where it should be sent, and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

As described above, we DO NOT use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may interest you. Full transparency:  We will remove your data from the Active/Live websites coachthebible.com and lms.coachthebible.com.  However, you must be aware that our systems actively take backups nightly of these websites.  We retain multiple copies of these sites for emergency purposes. There is no possible way to remove your information from those backups.  Over the course of time, those old backups get re-written.  At that point, your information would be totally removed.

Data Retention

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.  We will also retain submitted information from Assessments and Coursework.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. However, the content is kept appropriate for children.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
