FORWARD
I see the bible as “alive and powerful…discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart” [Hebrews 4:12 KJV].  I started formal coaching about 16 years ago.  I have combined coaching and discipleship training as I have worked with people throughout the years.  I have coached over 500 pastors and leaders.  As I have grown in my experience, I found something that was not in my formal training.  I experienced a deep dependence on the Holy Spirit and the Scripture to bring about lifelong implementation and change.  I have learned that God is ultimately the one who brings growth {1 Corinthians 3:10].  From my experience, I have compile this handbook.  I hope that the lessons and scriptures suggested will help your ministry whether you are a life coach, formal church leader, informal leader, Pastor or simply someone who wishes to assist others in effective permanent lifelong transformation.
